Gear and transmission oil

For optimum efficiency, castors must not only lubricate but also need to cool and protect gear systems. They must carry hazardous waste away from the contact surface, reducing noise in operation and providing protection against extreme pressures and temperatures. Our castors help prevent wear and tear; avoid mistakes and maintain operating flows.

Textran WBT (WBT = Wet Brake Transmission)

Newly developed synthetic transmission oil for the Volvo WB 102 specification. Transmission and hydraulic oil designed for, among other things, the brakes in the oil bath, so-called wet brakes. Extended oil change range relative to conventional “WBT” oils.

Multigear S 75W-90

Fully synthetic gear with a wide range of applications and excellent flow characteristics. For both gearboxes, hypo drives and differentials in European and Japanese cars. Provides unproblematic gear shifting at very low temperatures. Excellent oxidation stability at high temperatures and ensures long life.

Multigear S Girolje is suitable for both API GL 4 and API GL applications.

Geartex EP-A 80W-90

Mineral gear and differential oil with high flat pressure additions corresponding to GL-4. Can also be used in hard-loaded industrial gears for ISO VG 150 – 220.

Geartex LS 80W-90

Mineral gear and rear axle oil with “limited slip” features to ensure smooth and smooth release and disengagement of diff. brake. Reduces noise and vibration in axles with differential brake.

Can also be used in differentials without brake. The oil has high pressure additives corresponding to GL-5. Also available in viscosity 85W-140.

Geartex EP-C 80W-90

Mineral gear and rear axle oil with additions for high flat pressure equivalent to GL-5. Can also be used in hard-loaded industrial gears for ISO VG 150 – 220.

New Syn-Star GL SAE 75W-90

Synthetic GL-5 gear and rear axle oil adapted for shift intervals up to 400,000 km in some vehicles. Formulated for long-term heavy load, in heavier vehicles.

Geartex S 5 75W-140

Fully synthetic hypoid gear and transmission oil with extremely good low and high temperature properties. Very good oxidation stability, which means that the oil can withstand high temperatures for a long time.

Multigear SAE 80W-140 (replaces Geartex EP-C 80W-140)

Mineral gear and rear axle oil with additives for high flat pressure. Protects gears from wear and tear even under very hard operating conditions. The high viscosity of the oil also ensures optimum noise reduction.

Multigear MTF HD

Fully synthetic gear and transmission oil for hard working gearboxes with excellent cold properties, eg. for Volvo.

Can be used in manual gearboxes with API GL-4 and SAE 75W, 80W or 75W-80W.

Multigear MTF 75W-80

Synthetic-based gear that ensures good synchronization at gear change. Custom extended shift interval where this is described, up to 300,000 km.

Can be used in a number of modern gearboxes with or without retarder in, among other things, MAN, Volvo and DAF trucks.

Multigear RN Premium 75W-80

Synthetic gauge specially recommended for Renault manual provides in the P Series (passenger cars and light vans), as well as gearboxes of other brands as APIGL-4 is prescribed.

MTF 94 75W-80

Special oil recommended for Rover transmissions PG-1, R65, R380 and Getrag 283.

Texaco Synthetic ATF Heavy Duty

Synthetic automotive gear for abdomen in vehicles and industrial equipment for demanding situations and prolonged shift intervals, where this is specified. The unique composition of the oil ensures smooth and noise-free gear change throughout the temperature range. Can also be used as servo and hydraulic oil where it meets the specifications.

Havoline Multi-Vehicle ATF

Automatic gauge based on premium base oil and an advanced additive package. The oil has a wide scope. Multi-Vehicle ATF has passed the Jaso 1A standard test as prescribed by Japanese and Korean automakers.

Recommended especially for automatic gearboxes from 2006 – in person, goods and lorries and buses where it meets the specifications.

Texamatic 7045 E

High-quality automatic gear and hydraulic oil. Very good low temperature properties that provide safe gearing even at very low temperatures. High oxidation stability at high temperatures. Suitable for passenger cars, light truck and bus gearboxes that require a GM DEXRON®-IIIG oil.

Texamatic 4291

Texamatic 4291 is a proven performance automatic transmission fluid formulated for use in passenger cars, light truck and bus gears require a GM DEXRON®-IID fluid. It is formulated with mineral base oils and a balanced combination of additives, designed to provide effective performance.

Also used as Servo oil.

Gear oils

Ursa TorqForce 10W

Heavy duty transmission oil based on “non-friction” additive package. Designed specifically for Caterpillar powershift transmissions, end drives and marine transmissions.

Can be used where the TO-4 specification is recommended – such as in Komatsu powershift transmissions. Can be used advantageously in hydraulic systems where Cat Hydo 10W is recommended.

Ursa TorqForce 30 

Heavy duty transmission oil based on “non-friction” additive package. Designed specifically for Caterpillar powershift transmissions, end drives and marine transmissions.

Can be used where the TO-4 specification is recommended – such as in Komatsu powershift transmissions.

Textran V 32

Transmission / hydraulic oil for hydraulic couplings, converters and turbot transmissions.

Specially approved for Voith R, S, TP and DTP turbocharger. Excellent anti-wear properties.

1000 THF (UTTO) 

High quality combination oil for transmission; wet brakes and hydraulics.

Super Universal Tractor Oil Extra 10W-30

Super Universal Tractor Oil Extra 10W-40

Combined engine, transmission and hydraulic oil (STOU). Used as a universal oil in agriculture. Covers the requirements for engine, transmissions (Vario) and hydraulic systems in agriculture.
